VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. The buyer is solely responsible for the shipment of wine. By placing an order, the buyer authorizes the winery to act on the buyer's behalf to engage a common carrier for delivery to the buyer's destination. Pricing and availability is subject to change. All sales are final. Additional shipping charges will apply for orders that are returned to the winery by the carrier for failed delivery.

 

SHIPPING POLICY:

• James Wilkins Vineyards can currently ship only within the state of California. However, as a convenience to our out-of-state customers, we can utilize a concierge service / shipping fulfillment warehouse to deliver wine to you.

• We cannot ship wine to PO Boxes & APO addresses.

• You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase or receive shipments of wine. Adult (21 years of age) signature required.

• Shipping rates will be adjusted accordingly for orders over 1 case, 12 bottles or 36lbs.

• When wines are sold and title passes to the buyer within the State of CA. Because all sales transactions occur in Paso Robles, you will be charged California sales tax for Paso Robles, CA, which is currently 8.25%.

• Order processing time is contingent upon a number of factors including credit card authorization, packaging and ordering volumes. Most orders will be processed in 1 to 2 business days, excluding holidays. Note that we do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.  Shipping will take 3 to 7 days in most cases. James Wilkins Vineyards is not responsible for the weather conditions; therefore, it is your responsibility to be aware of possible weather delays.
