Terms

We currently are only licensed to ship within California.

 

You may cancel your membership anytime after one year. Cancellations must be submitted in writing 30 days prior to next shipment.

 

In becoming an active member, you authorize James Wilkins Vineyards to automatically bill your credit card on file for two shipments per year. Price depends on wines selected plus applicable tax and shipping cost.

 

Member privileges apply as long as you are an active Wine Club member continuously receiving paid selections.

 

Member privileges terminate upon cancellation of your membership.

 

Member benefits are non-transferable.

SHIPPING

 

We cannot ship alcohol to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Due to international shipping restrictions, we do not ship outside of the United States.

 

The wine must be signed for by someone 21 or over. We suggest using a work address if you are away from home during the day.
